Refund policy

WOWBAGS do not have any return or refund policy. We only have exchange policy and for that you have to provide us unboxing video proof of the product you received. the video should be proper unboxing video of the sealed pack flyer you received of WOWBAG's branding.

In that video it should be clearly visible that the product is damaged or does not match with the products we show in our videos.

In that case we will offer you free exchange service
